Active Operational Members are:
- Current GMU students with a GPA of 2.5 or above
- Hold or willing to obtain a Virginia EMT certification

Active Administrative Members are:
- Current GMU students with a GPA of 2.5 or above
- Maintaining a Virginia EMT certification is not required

Associate Members are:

- Any individual not currently a student at GMU, who has a vested interest in the program
- Prohibited from medical duties unless waivered
