President:
- To act as the chief executive officer of the Club
- To preside over the meetings of the chapter according to Robert's Rules
- To see that the officers of the club discharge their duties impartially, accurately, faithfully, and promptly
- To enforce the strict observance of club rules, policies and procedures
- To ensure that the Committees develops and maintains a strategic plan and goal for the future.

Senior Vice President:
- Assist the chapter president and temporarily assume the president's duties in his/her absence
- Reserve monthly meeting rooms and food for meetings
- Represent Club to prospects

|
Treasurer:
- To oversee the keeping of an accurate of the receipts and expenditures of the club in a standardized accounting system which must be open at all reasonable times for inspection and examination
- Keep an active budget and report all financial information about the club at the end of the semester
- Reimbursement of approved spent funds to members
- Apply for SFB money each semester

VP Activities:
- Appoint activities committee
- Hold at least 2 professional events and 1 social event each semester
- Make sure events for the semester run smoothly
- Reserve appropriate rooms
- Invite guest speakers to our events
- Host and run the events
- Ensure all guest speakers are well taken care of and are invited back again

|
VP Public Relations:
- Make relations with others (including gust speakers, local entrepreneurs, and companies)
- Oversee the making and distribution of flyers
- Post flyers around campus each month
- Develop a contact list of all important people directly related to the club
- Bring in new members and add their email to the 'general listserv' (adding members to the 'officers listserv' requires approval by the president)
- To be the contact person for the club

Secretary:
- Record minutes and attendance at all chapters meetings
- Send minutes to all club members after each meeting
- Keep contact sheet updated
- Keep Calendar updated with all events planed for that month
- Send calendar to Webmaster to post on the website
|
|
|
Fundraising Chair:
- Think of fundraising ideas and host fundraising events
- Must have at least 1 fundraising event per semester
- Coordinate with VP- Public Relations to promote ideas
- Keep in close contact with Treasurer for budget needs

|
Historian:
- Take pictures at events
- Create a semester scrapbook
- Send chosen pictures to webmaster
|
|
|
VP of Technology (Webmaster):
- Update website weekly
- Keep calendar up to date
- Add pictures to website and facebook
|
|
