Analysis and design processes for information system engineering. Entity-relationship models, object-oriented modeling and analysis, structured analysis and design. Life cycle models for the development of systems. Technical direction and systems management of organizational processes. Systems engineering and information technology standards.

Prerequisite(s): SYST 510 or equivalent.
