IT 328 - Health Information Networking and Technologies

The course aims to develop an in-depth understanding of principles and practicalities needed for information technology professionals wishing to specialize in healthcare network implementations. Students learn the protocols, processes, and privacy and security considerations when working within a healthcare environment to design, secure, troubleshoot, and support networks that support healthcare settings.

Prerequisite(s): HAP 301 and HAP 360 and IT 341; or permission of the department. Prerequisite enforced by registration system.
