IT 322 - Healthcare Data Challenges

Credits: 3 (NR)
Covers methodology and tools used to work with healthcare data structures supporting an organization’s need for reliable data that are integrated, structured and prepared for further querying, decision making, data mining and knowledge discovery. Analyzes how to utilize an enterprise-wide data store to link information from diverse sources and make it accessible for a variety of user purposes.

Prerequisite(s): HAP 301, HAP 360, IT 214; or permission of the department. Prerequisite enforced by registration system.
