Sandra Esset is a senior at George Mason University pursuing a
Baccalurate
degree in Nursing. After she graduates in May she plans to work at Atlantic City Medical Center as a registered nurse. She was born and raised in Atlantic City , NJ in a single parent home consisting of her wonderful mother and two siblings. With all praise to God and thanks to her loving mother, Sandra's Christian up bringing has helped mold her into the God fearing woman that she is forever striving to be. Her ultimate goal in life is to fulfill the purpose that God has for her life. She hopes to, with the guidance of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, help save the lives of many physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually as she walks in her calling of being in the nursing profession. Sandra's motto is, “The joy of the Lord is her strength!” Her favorite gospel artists are the anointed Fred Hammond, Smokie Norful, and Karen Clark Sheard. The scripture that she lives by is, “That is why we never give up. Though our bodies are dying, our spirits are being renewed every day. For our present troubles are quite small and won't last very long. Yet they produce for us an immeasurably great glory that will last forever. So we don't look at the troubles we can see right now; rather, we look forward to what we have not yet seen. For the troubles we see will soon be over, but the joys to come will last forever.” 2 Corinthians 4: 16-18 (NLT)
